I got a chance to think more about the menu flow today. These steps would be if the user selected "new" from the splash screen.

About the project...
I'm a sucker for graphic user interfaces (GUI) and arcade buttons, so decided to combine the two! BrushBlaster is a USB photoshop controller that I'm designing and building. Additionally, I'm making some software which will bring a Maya-style popup interface to any program the user is working in. Stay tuned!
SOFTWARE STATUS: Being re-engineered for user customization.
CONFIG UTILITY: Visual design work nearly finished.
HARDWARE STATUS: The prototype is working -- everything except the knobs. It's in an ugly wood housing, so isn't much to look at -- but it sure does work!
